By accessing or using OfferBound ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

OfferBound is a resume builder that allows users to create, edit, export, and share resumes. The Service is provided on a free and paid subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your plan.

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased bonus credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where we operate.
